Terry’s background in real estate sales, management and education sets him apart from other mortgage brokers.

Shortly after graduating with a B.A. in English, Terry entered the real estate sales field working for his father’s company in Ridgefield. In 1994 he started the Ridgefield/Redding office for Weichert Realtors, the nation’s largest individually owned real estate company. He quickly brought the office to $75 million dollars in sales in its second year and was named Manager of the Year in his region.

In 1997 Terry became a Vice President with Weichert Realtors, handling the Westchester and Fairfield County offices as well as a relocation division.

In 2001, he went back to managing his hometown office and in 2002 brought the office to their highest level ever, increasing sales by 38% and listings by 49% in his first year back!

Terry has been teaching Principles and Practices of Real Estate, a pre-licensing course for aspiring Realtors since 1993 for Ridgefield Adult Education and Andover Real Estate Institute. He also teaches Continuing Education for Realtors throughout Connecticut and has held numerous marketing and sales seminars.
